This document sets out the terms and conditions between Asociatia AgileHub and you – the “Attendee”– (including, but not limited to, “participant”, “speaker”, “volunteer” and “representative of a partner/sponsor”) when you purchase a ticket or register for any event or conference organised by Asociatia AgileHub or participate in any survey we initiate. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event or conference organised by Asociatia AgileHub or participating in a survey you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.
Asociatia AgileHub reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.

Conference Organizer:
Peak IT events are being organised by Asociatia AgileHub, an NGO created in 2014 through which IT education is provided.
The access to the Peak IT event is fee based, starting 2024.
Tickets sold through this website grant to the Atendee only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Atendees assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Atendee must present the QR code from the confirmation email received after the succesfull payment. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.
Delivery:
As we provide a service and not a physical product (entry to a conference), the delivery consist of the QR code for being accepted at the venue during the conference. After purchasing the ticket, an email is sent with all the details.
Event changes:
Asociatia AgileHub reserves the right to make changes to the agenda at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the program will be noted on our website and Atendees should check regularly for updates.
Event cancelation:
Asociatia AgileHub is not responsible for any loss or damage because of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Asociatia AgileHub shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible (example:war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or another emergency).
If the conference is cancelled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event.
The tickets cannot be cancelled, if the conference is being held. Once purchased, the money cannot be returned, but the beneficiary can be changed, via an email to contact@agilehub.ro; the email must contain the name of the person who can no longer participate in the event and the name of the person who takes his place.
Code of Conduct:
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct.
As organizers of PeakIT conference, Asociatia AgileHub will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Asociatia AgileHub commits to providing a safe and friendly facility for all PeakIT events, respecting each and every individual in the community and responding promptly to all reports of misconduct with our full attention.
What we expect from all those present is to treat everyone with respect, refrain from using offensive language and imagery (live or on Social Media), and to report any derogatory or offensive behaviour to our staff directly, or through email contact [at] agilehub [dot] ro.
Asociatia AgileHub understands the importance of community and wants to ensure that we provide a fantastic environment for everyone to learn and share skills regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion.
Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.
