Implementing Agentic AI Patterns with SpringAI

Software has always been a critical tool for automating repetitive tasks, and since its inception, it has profoundly influenced the evolution of our society. In recent years, a new paradigm has emerged—one that not only automates the software development lifecycle but also redefines software architecture itself. We now stand at the threshold of the Agentic AI era, where the frameworks we employ to develop intelligent agents fundamentally shape our technological reality.

In this talk, we will explore how to leverage SpringAI as a foundational tool, demonstrating how design patterns—such as tool utilization, multi-agent collaboration, and cross-species agent design—can be strategically applied to engineer adaptive and collaborative AI solutions.

By drawing parallels between agentic workflows and microservices architectures, this session will illustrate how reactive, proactive, and hybrid agents can optimize processes, facilitate real-time decision-making, and drive strategic planning within dynamic environments. Moreover, we will review how SpringAI simplifies the practical implementation of these patterns, ensuring seamless integration with existing software systems while promoting both adaptability and innovation.

Additionally, we will address emerging trends in GenAI, with a focus on context awareness, managing large-scale knowledge bases, and the ethical considerations associated with deploying AI agents.
