Florin is the Head of Romania R&D at Cresta, where he leads research and development efforts to advance AI-driven customer experience solutions. With a solid background in software engineering, Florin has worked extensively on building intelligent automation systems, with a focus on document understanding and real-time customer engagement technologies. 

Before joining Cresta, he led the Document Understanding engineering team at UiPath, contributing to the company’s growth in the intelligent automation space. 

He is passionate about solving complex problems through technology and enjoys collaborating with others in the local tech community to share experiences, learn, and grow together.
