Flavia began her career as a front-end developer in 2013 and transitioned to a UX and UI design role in 2017. In 2018, she became a People Manager for a team of 7, later expanding it to 50 product, designer, and developer specialists in Romania in 2023. Leveraging this experience, she recently joined FlowX.AI Romanian startup as a Product Owner, now growing one of the most promising products for AI enterprise application modernization.

Since 2014, Flavia has been involved with Innovation Labs, a prominent tech startup pre-accelerator in Romania, where she now serves as co-founder and mentor.
