Workshop – Should I quit or Should I not
The goal of the workshop
I would like to bring to the table to subject of motivation and self-motivation in the context of working in a team, but in a virtual setup. What can motivate us to keep working, what keeps is still functioning as a team, even in a remote environment? Those are some of the questions I would like to answer together. This way, maybe we can find another reason to go to work the next day.
What will we do in this workshop?
There will be an open discussion that will develop starting with my ideas. I hope we can all share our struggles and wins since working from home or even before that, when we were part of distributed teams.
You are in the target of the audience if you:
Please join, no matter your area of expertise. We all try to fit in a team, we may be part of a team or just leaving a team. But we still need to find our motivation in the work that we do.
What will you learn at the end:
By the end, I hope each of us finds 1 idea, 1 inspiration for the moments when we struggle and are low on our motivation. And if we can create a small support group that can inspire us, why not join the space.
What tools do you need installed on your computer before the workshop starts?
No need to install anything, just come prepared with your own examples from life.
In case you register for this workshop and you need info regarding tools, let us know, either by email or on Facebook Messenger.
