 With over 8 years of experience in software development and project management, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that enhance the lives of others. My journey into leadership began to flourish through multiple volunteering roles I embraced over the past 6 years. Whether in the education field, where I serve as the Project Coordinator for AnimaSchool, a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching video animation to over 350 children, or through Toastmasters International, where I assumed various leadership roles within the organization on a broader scale. From leading teams of 7 individuals to overseeing 5 clubs across multiple cities and managing events with over 100 participants, I seized every opportunity for growth and improvement. This drive fuels me, as I constantly seek what’s next and how things can be enhanced. 

Beyond leadership, in Toastmasters I’ve discovered a passion for public speaking, a skill I’ve honed through numerous training sessions delivered and as the moderator for a TEDx Brasov event in 2022. Collaboration, creativity, and diversity are foundational to my approach, and I am committed to integrating these values into both my professional endeavors and personal life.
