ICF – PCC Coach, Software Architect

Claudiu Gura has been in the IT field since 2000 and he has worked in IT Solution Architecture for over 12 years, with experience in the Telecom, Public Sector, Defense and Banking sectors. In 2017 Claudiu Gura joined the Raiffeisen team, in the Architecture and Governance Department. Now, as an Enterprise Architect, he blends innovation and strategy to align IT capabilities with corporate growth in the Digital Era. 

He embodies curiosity and optimism, finding fulfillment in being of service and positively impacting as many lives as he can, through his endeavors. 

As a volunteer member of CoderDojo Bucharest for almost 7 years where he is helping “little ninjas” to code their beloved games, discovering programming and team communication “by play”, within the workshops or national and international competitions. Through the “Leadership Beyond Code” program, he empowers young minds not just in coding but also in leadership skills, ensuring a holistic development approach. 

Claudiu Gura is a Leadership Coach, and a Board Member at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) România. Claudiu is responsible for managing the digital journey at ICF Romania as Director of Digital Operations. Now, he is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
