Andreea became an integral part of the AgileHub team during Peak IT#004, following the same pathway as all our members: through a recommendation based on her innate ability to connect and communicate effectively. Later, her extensive experience in training and development, coupled with her involvement in projects within the digital transformation sphere, positioned her as the ideal candidate for the role of Learning Programs Manager at AgileHub.
In her professional capacity, Andreea is an Agile Coach with an extensive expertise in organizing and leading teams. Additionally, she collaborates with a prominent consulting company in Romania, where she contributes as a consultant specializing in leadership and management development, soft skills enhancement, and HR-related initiatives.
In December 2023, Diana became part of the AgileHub team as a Social Media Marketing Manager, drawn by her fervor for cultivating genuine human connections beyond social media. Her innate talent for bringing people together made her an ideal fit for the role. Every day, Diana is crafting PeakIT’s social media presence with unwavering commitment and enthusiasm. Her goal is to ensure that the public experiences the same energy and positivity that we feel when discussing the event.
In her professional roles, Diana excels as both a seasoned technical recruitment specialist and an HR Project Manager. She pushes boundaries by seamlessly integrating agile methodologies with scrum mastery, guaranteeing client satisfaction through impeccable project execution. Outside of her professional pursuits, Diana channels her passion into creating an exceptional employee experience by investing each interaction with a personalized touch and demonstrating her unwavering commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.
